Second, look at the deviation of rated power. Under the condition of sufficient heating, the rated power deviation of the electric heating tube shall not exceed the specified range;

Third, according to the insulation resistance, the cold insulation resistance of the electric heating tube in the factory inspection shall not be less than 50m Ω;

Fourthly, according to the insulation withstand voltage strength, the electric heating tube shall be kept for 1 minute under the specified test conditions and test voltage without flashover and breakdown.

The electric heating tube has been burnt out. Method: Replace the electric heating tube with the same specification

The fuse of the electric heating tube has been blown.

Abnormal power supply or power failure. Method: Wait until the power supply is normal before using.

The electric heating tube leads or strips fall off. Method: Re weld the lead sheet or lead wire.

The contact of the temperature controller is poorly contacted or burnt. Method: Repair first. If this is still the case, it is recommended to replace the temperature control meter.

The power cord plug has poor contact with the electric socket, or the power cord wire is open circuited. Method: Check the circuit carefully, repair or replace it.
